By purchasing Dental Admission Strategies® services, I agree to the following: I release Dental Admission Strategies® LLC including associated employees, consultants, and contractors (to be referred to as Dental Admission Strategies®) and discharge Dental Admission Strategies® from all claims, demands, or actions by me, on the basis of the discussions and interpretations of Dental Admission Strategies®. Consideration for this release and disclaimer of liability on behalf of Dental Admission Strategies® shall be the services rendered by Dental Admission Strategies®. Each service requires full pre-payment. Fees paid to Dental Admission Strategies® are non-refundable. No partial refunds will be issued. Dental Admission Strategies® reserves the right to terminate a relationship with a client for any reason and at the sole discretion of Dental Admission Strategies®. If a refund is issued, this amount will be determined at the sole discretion of Dental Admission Strategies® at the time of termination. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time otherwise client is charged in full. Regarding editing services, I acknowledge that I will submit a sufficient first draft of materials for editing of specified length (see website for details). Dental Admission Strategies® will not generate my materials for me. Dental Admission Strategies® will not submit any application materials on my behalf nor will they log in to my web based application. Dental Admission Strategies® is permitted to use comments made by clients on the Dental Admission Strategies® website and in Dental Admission Strategies® materials as testimonials without the client's express permission as long as Dental Admission Strategies® posts those comments without the client's name or identifying information. None of the academic institutions referenced in Dental Admission Strategies® materials are associated with nor endorse Dental Admission Strategies®. I acknowledge there is no guarantee, implied or otherwise, that the services provided by Dental Admission Strategies® will improve my chances for admission to dental school. All communications between me and Dental Admission Strategies® are strictly confidential. All advice given to clients is for the exclusive use of the client only and cannot be shared with other individuals or competitors of Dental Admission Strategies®. Advice provided by Dental Admission Strategies® is the intellectual property of Dental Admission Strategies®. By purchasing Dental Admission Strategies® services, I agree with the aforementioned under any applicable law or regulation. If any court determines that any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, any invalidity or unenforceability will affect only that provision and will not make any other provision of this agreement invalid or unenforceable and such provision shall be modified, amended, or limited only to the extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable. |
